I'll tell u this much, my doctor asked if I've ever tried it, because if u do have anal sex u have to be examined there to make sure u don't have any problems or get colon cancer.
i have not tried it, and my doctor said then don't, because once u do, it is never the same again, it does not fully close back the way it was, because it's made for exits only, you can catch a disease much more easily once u start doing anal sex, and it does not feel good for everyone, some people like it and some don't but that does not mean that it's okay to have sex in ur anus, whether or not you are straight or gay.
I asked my doctor if she was telling me from a personal point of view or a medical point of view and she very honestly said it was from BOTH points of view!! she told me not to do it and my mom also told me to never do that and you know what, I'm not going to.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Anal sex is enjoyable because of the rich body of nerve endings in the anus. While people often experience various levels pain when first attempting anal sex, you can minimize this by learning a few methods to 'prep', uses a good quality lubricant, and learn how to relax during penetration. The pain is minimal and quickly subsides into intense pleasure. For men, anal sex also offers stimulation to the prostate, an organ that provides the rush of pleasure during orgasm.
Anal sex is not experienced exclusively by gay men; it is a facet of our collective sexual identity which has been explored by previous cultures and continues to be explored today. Men and women of all walks of life enjoy anal sex as an alternative to everyday lovemaking. Its not for everyone, but anal sex may be what you're looking for if you want to try something completely different.

You should always practice safe sex no matter what (my own opinion) but as there are seemingly more risk factors with anal sex please ensure you always use protection....
If you are curious about it just try it, it does feel strange the first couple times but you do get used to it and you do start to get immense satisfaction from it. Well I do, everyone is different of course. Don't let the horror stories put you off if your curious about it, make sure your doing it with someone your totally comfortable with and someone you can trust that will stop if u don't enjoy it. I'm female and I don't love it as much as normal sex but I do enjoy it and I do get a lot of satisfaction from it.x

I'm not a huge fan of anal sex, but there are two factors. One is that there is a great deal of pleasure to be derived from the stimulation of the prostate. Once the pain of initial penetration is past, that pleasure takes over.
Secondly, many people get off on giving their partner pleasure, and the active partner in anal sex experiences no pain, but a lot of pleasure.

Sensitive nerve endings, and for males the prostate can be stimulated through anal sex, and for females, the other side of the vaginal wall is there.
People just don't do it right, hell, I've seen horror stories where the idiots don't even use LUBE! And goddamn the people who don't even know about their digestive system.
Practise clean, safe, anal sex, and you'll be find. Lots and lots and looooots of lube, an enema before, and start of shorter and work your way up.

There are a few horror stories as answers. I have been doing it for almost 2 decades and my bum isn't broken...lol. Yeah it hurts a bit at first but the pleasure is so much better than that. I was first topped when I was 10...that hurt, but I haven't looked back since.
I have heard that it actually has positive affects on the prostrate and can lower the risk of prostrate cancer. Just be safe and there is nothing to worry about. Less than 5inches hurts!

i think what you're trying to ask is "I'm scared about being in pain when i try anal sex for the first time - could you tell me your experiences?"
I personally don't like it, it felt wrong to me - but theres loads of girls and guys out there who love it - i guess it's just a personal preference. Maybe you're a giver and not a taker of it? and maybe that'll never change. If you don't wanna take it then don't let anyone pressure you into it. Keep your self respect at all times!

The first time can be uncomfortable, much as vaginal sex is for women, but you soon start to feel the good feelings that cause everyone to rave about it. Seriously, anal sex isn't for everyone. Of all the people I know that refuse to do it they have at least tried it before dismissing it outright.

i believe some people have a graffenberg spot in their rectum, so that is why some folk enjoy it. also, there are many nerves in your back passage, which would lend a great deal of sensation.
maybe a little lube would make the "passage" a little less painful?...
i suppose relaxing would help too. dont try it if you have a rectal fissure though, that would be agonising.
if you do indulge, use a condom specific to anal intercourse, keep it safe.
