Fantasizing about another women won't make you a lesbian or bisexual, but if it is a sexual fantasy its a pretty sure sign that you are one of the two. This is perefectly fine; we can't choose who we are attracted to. I am a little concerned about the "older" part though. I think we all fantazise about older individuals when were younger (not like ancient people or something) but people who are physically more mature and thus more sexually appealing. This doesn't make it okay to be with them, though. If you still find that you are fantasizing about women then, if I were you, I would try to establish a relationship with another female around my age.
