I want to lose some weight. I don't have time to exercise and No, I won't take diet pills. So, I'm going to stop eating after 6:00 pm.. and I'm going to try to stop too much fat foods... for a month -- if results are good i'll keep going..


any suggestions or help ???

i've been doing diet for 7 months an i lost 70 pounds.i count my calories and i do not eat fast foods, sugars, rice, breads, or fried food. eat 6 times a day and buy the yoplsait yogurts light and eat three of them daily, salads, vegetables, chicken fish or turkey, no potatoes or corn i hope it helps you it does for me. and i dont take pills, i also wal 30 mins in the mornoing
