Sounds like you needed to know who your husband has been sleeping with, that or he needs to know who you've been sleeping with. If you tested positive for HIV like you claim you shouldn't be having unprotected sex with anyone. Sounds like you have other problems with other sexually transmitted diseases as well. I'd think you would have already gone to the doctor, but then he'd have to report you for having unprotected sex with a sexually transmitted disease. Wow you have problems! Don't know what to tell you... Don't have unprotected sex!

Could you be allergic to his semen?

As a result, they may develop redness, burning and swelling where the semen has contacted their skin , usually in the outer genital area. A small number of people may have a systemic response, including hives, generalized itching and difficulty breathing.

So, you have HIV, and you want to know why you get irritated genitals when you don't use a condom. I have heard of people being allergic to their partners bodily fluids.
