You like most of what you do, time passes quickly while you are working, you feel like you've accomplished something, you're good at it more than you're not, you feel like there's a future and you think about ways to do the job better when you are not there.

If you enjoy working it.

How do you find that out? Most companies have a period that is a "trial" or "training" period. Most is 90 days, but some is 60 days. Use that time. You can see if the job is right for you, and if you like working for the company. If you do, you stay. If not, move on - no questions asked.

when most the time you actually enjoy it and don't mind working. We all have days that we would rather not be working but, that's normal. If you want to learn more about your job and how to do it better. If you can take a moment look around your workplace and overall say "I like it here" you're on the right track.
