Let's start counting...
One will see that the lightbulb is out. They will form a committee to determine the best way to see if the bulb is really out. They will then send the bulb for counsling because they believe that the burning out is a result of the bulb's parents not having enough wattage. The bulb will then be given a union job allowing it to keep recieving all of the power it needs without actually producing any illumination. While all of this is being done, there are about 15 levels of burocracy that will require paperwork for every stage of the bulb's journey. At some point the Liberal who first noticed that the bulb was out will see that a new bulb has been put in and will believe that he is personally responsible for replacing the bulb, even though it was most likely done by a conservative who actually took responsibility for what they saw needed to be done.
In the end, that comes up to be.... who the hell cares?

Liberals wouldn't have to sscrew in the lightbulbs, but Conservatives are too busy sscrewing others. . .
