1. increase your activity by walking, riding, swimming, etc.
2. change your eating habits to healthier foods - veggies, fruits, grains, non-fried, non-greasy and so on. You may want to get a book from the library about nutritious eating. DO NOT DO SOME FAD DIET it will only make it worse in the long run.
3. Eat your bigger meals earlier in the day and try not to eat meals for at least 3-4 hours before bed time. If you get hungry at bedtime have a couple crackers or wheat thins to quench the hunger and then eat at breakfast.

It is not healthy for a girl your age to weigh that much. I would watch what i eat. Especially the fast foods. You need to get a diet plan and stick with it. You need to watch the saturated fats, poly-fats and your carbohydrates intake as well. Eat well balanced foods, have as much fruits (instead of candies,) as you like. Have only lean meats ( no fat) and watch also your cholesterol intake as well. Of course plenty of exercise like walking or situps will also help. Be active in some way for your exercise. You can also drink a glass of water about a half hour before meals also, this will help fill you up some and eat less as well. I wish you the very best of luck. You will lose some of the weight as you get older also and if you stick to a well balanced diet and exercise. Best of luck to you.

- Eat healthy food
- Exercise ( if you can't then --- move around more ;; like if you go to a mall take the stairs (if there are) instead of the elevator or w/e)
- Don't take diet pills - they're not good 4 u :)
- If it's hot wear you live -- go out a lot and wear like an extra tank top under w/e you're wearing to let out a little more sweat

I ave the same problem.
Here's what i've started to do:
Eat salads, they'll fill you up so you wont eat as much. Drinks lots of water (sideaffect, makes you pee alot). I burn 1000 calories a day on a treadmill. Work out at the gym.
I jus started a couple of days, hope it works.
