Both.

If you see that life is just ninety-nine years ... as it is, then it's much less than the universal blink of an eye! Just a dream.
But, who is dreaming it ... You who dream it are what reality is.
Tricky but true.

When you cut yourself does it hurt? That's why people cut themselves ask one of them. Can you have dreams at night if your living one? What about all the other people in the world they are living too how would that work We couldn't all be having the same dream. If life were a dream then what would happen when we woke up, or what about before we started wedo anything like that as infants? I don't think it's a dream I know there's more to it thhan I know, but not a dream.

Suffering is reality for many people.
I think that a dream is usually free from pain.

What difference do it make ??
Plus .. Define >> Dream : it is another life maybe
Or a mind state
Then if we say dream is another mind state ... and life is another mind state then life and dream are almost the same .. some feelings some thoughts .. etc..

Yes it's a dream, an illusion, but an illusion we choosed to live in to evolve. Someone said "We aren't bodies having a spiritual experience but souls having a human experience." A book speaks about that concept. When you don"t use your vocal cords, do you still hear yourself speaking? Yes! We don't need our body to hear ourselves, so to me it prooves there is something else, another world than the one we called THE world. Consequently, 3D must be an illusion. There are others worlds that we can't see because we are blind out here.

If the World were just a dream, then you would have to ask, "where am I sleeping as I have this dream?".

It's like a dream because it isn't real -- we see only a select part of all there is. When dead, we may keep dreaming... oblivious.
