it just depends what you feel like wearing. i don't think there's an existing rule. i usually wear my pj's once w/out underwear or two to three times a wk with them on. i only wear them in bed after taking a shower. then there are those times when sleeping nude is much more comfortable.

Yea, if you plan on wearing them again with out washing them. I wear mine a couple nights in a row (not gross - i only sleep in them)
