You've got a lot of requirements there! I've tried a lot of blush, but the best one that I stick with is Clinique now. Price is not cheap, so that doesn't really help you out though, but it's great. If you want something good, but cheaper, I'd say Covergirl though. Their products arn't expensive and work well. Somethin Extra: A lot of the time, people use those lil brushes that come with the blush. Don't, you'll end up with a better application and overall look if you use a fluffy blush brush. You can buy a set of makeup brushes that are much better than they provide with the blushes.

Not damaging Make-up is talc-free, fragrance-free, dye-free, and non-comedogenic. It´s very dificult to find this kind of make up, and if you find it , may be it is expensive
"The stuff that puts the sparkle in your eye shadow, face powder and blush is usually mica, a common mineral. The jagged, flaky shape of mica particles can cause irritation and/or clogging in the follicle, so it’s best to use products without too much shimmer. Likewise, many of the red dyes used to put a bloom in your cheeks are coal tar derivatives; not surprisingly, these substances are comedogenic, too. Check the labels for blushes that use carmine, which has been a natural, healthy cosmetic colorant since the time of the Aztecs. Also, cream blushes are more likely to have comedogenic ingredients, so stick to powder or gel blushes" (source:www.acne.com) Try Clinique (Blushing Blush Powder Blush) ...

Stick with the makeup brand "Neutragena". They make makeup for acne prone skin. Stay away from liquid and stick blush.

Elizabeth Arden's make up product is the best in the market but quite pricey though. But for your acne prone skin, it's worth it. You can also try Clinique.

urban decay uses blushes that are not tested on animals and are totally cute! try their new sunkissed colors. they reallly make a difference! oh and buy a natural hair brush. artificial clogs pores, irritates skin, and results in a lot of uncontrollable breakouts.

try Benetint, the cheek and lip tint of Benefit. it's light and just a few tiny drops will give you that natural looking glow without looking like you're wearing blush. you can also use it on your lips. it's great for sensitive skin like yours.
