No! To date there has been only one known immaculate conception and that did not involve sex with or without a condom. Go get a sperm count and ask the doctor what fantasy world you are living in! Getting a girl pregnant may be the least of you worries. What kind of diseases are out there are you looking to get one? Abstinence is the only one hundred percent sure deal.

if she is on birth control pills, if she has depo provera injection then she is good for 3months, if she is on the birth control patch. But, none of these are 100%, there is still a minimal chance, those being 0.005, 0.0003, and .001 respectively. Also, there is permanent male sterilization, but I wouldn't recommend this unless you are serious about never having kids and unless you have medical insurance- this is called a vasectomy, and you have to wait 2-3 months after getting it done anyway. VERY IMPORTANT you are not protected from sexually transmitted infections if you do not use a condom, and even with a condom you aren't protected from herpes and human papilloma virus.

I just had to correct some huge misinformation that I saw in the answers. The safest time is NOT right after she finishes her period. That entire answer is just so Wrong. Sorry about calling it out but following that advice will cause a pregnancy. A 28 day cycle does not mean that it takes 28 days for the egg to travel and mature.

A woman usually ovulates (meaning....drops an egg) on day 14 of her cycle. The first day of her period is day 1. She can get pregnant for up to 5 days before she ovulates up until the day after she ovulates. Some women ovulate before day 14 and some later. SOOOO....if a woman is on her period for 6-7 days and then she ovulates on day 11 then having sex with her right after her period ends will result in a baby.

The rest of the month she will not get pregnant. But the trick is figuring out when she ovulates. It takes a LOT of reading and knowledge to do this but it can be done. Check out and read any book on Natural Family Planning or Fertility Awareness Method. The best book out there is called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" it is really easy to read and understand. It takes a lot of work to figure out a woman's cycle but it can work. Do NOT, let me repeat that DO NOT!!!!! try this without first reading and reading and reading and/or taking a class on this method.

Many many couples use this kind of method and remain baby free. It can work. During the woman's fertile time you either abstain or use back-up protection.

No method is 100% except abstinence. Even tubal ligations and vasectomies have been known to spontaneously heal and allow a pregnancy.

Hysterectomy, on the other hand, would reduce the chance of a successful pregnancy, but if she's young and didn't have the cancer or whatever reason for the hyster in her tubes & ovaries, they'll leave her ovaries for hormonal reasons - which make it likely for ectopic pregnancy to occur. That can kill her.

Besides, why risk contracting an STD like that? Wrap it up!

What are you thinking? The ONLY way to guarantee no pregnancy is to avoid intercourse. The most popular method of "control" without a condom or medical forms of birth contol is commonly called the planners method. When my wife and I were in our child-birth class, 3 of the 8 couples had gotten pregnant while "planning" So even if your partner knows her cycles extremely well, there is still no guarantee.

There is another method in order to insure that. First determine when her next period will be. Remember, the greater chance this will happen when you have intercourse before she'll have her period. Do it after she finishes having it for it takes at least 28 days to an egg to mature and it will not be ready to react with a sperm after just having menstruation. So be responsible!

Only if you have had a vascectomy or she has had her tubes tied. There is another way and that is if you've been to a doctor and he has found for some reason you can't have children. The same applies to her.

No, you just need one forceful sperm to get a girl pregnant and in a single drop of cumm there are zillions of sperms, so do the math! You need protection dude!

Nope! Unless she is clinically sterile or you are - otherwise there is always a chance or pregnancy, not to mention STDs.
