On blue eyes, it would work with blue eye liner, or black. But blue would complement the blue eyes. Avon products are really good, same with Yves Rocher, which is a French firm. For blonde, curly hair, you should leave it, or straighten it once in a while. It would be a different look. For light skin, try to get a tan. Turn a little darker, makes it more appealing. But too much make up is not good. It will make you break out unless you use non-oily based products. You should experiment. I'm 14 too, but I don't wear make up except for lip gloss. Have fun and good luck! =)

1. You are a winter color. That means that the following colors complement you best; Royal blue, Purple, True Red, Kelly Green, Brilliant Yellow & all tints (White mixed with color to lighten) of the above, + grey & black.
2. Go light on the eyebrows, and a brown on mascara. Don't overdo it, or you'll look corpse-like with your fair skin.
3. Max Factor Pantone Sticks can be used, with a sponge to blend into uneven areas of skin.
4. Lighter eyeshadow, perhaps hazel, blended to outer corners of eyelid with a slightly darker grey.
5. Eyeliner should be grey & blended with a sponge-tipped applicator into the eyeshadow.
6. Squint our eyes to see that everything looks consistant.
7. A light application of Maroon, mixed with Pink lipstick should be applied. Squint your eyes again to see that everything is balanced in tone.
Tip: Use your useless CDs, or DVDs, as a pallette for your makeup. The hole in the middle makes it easy to balance and mix colors. Clean pallettes after each use.

You probably don't need foundation so just stick with concealer on your problem areas.
You should try Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals Multi-Tasking Minerals concealer; it's really natural and covers everything.
You can get it at Sephora or Ulta.
You should choose eyeshadow shades that are on the opposite side of the color wheel from your eyes (for you, browns and golds). Aside from browns and golds, you might like to try shades of lavender, sandy-pink, bronzy-gold, copper, and khaki green.
For eyeliner, try greyish-brown (sable), gold, and violet only on top lash line (lining under your eyes will only make them look smaller).
For mascara, try a deep brown (NOT black, which will be too harsh with your fair skin).
For cheeks, try shades in peachy-pink, apricot, golden-rose, light cinnamon, and light raspberry.
For lips, try apricot, pinky-brown (Clinique "Tenderheart" Different Lipstick), sheer raspberry, coral pink, rose, and cinnamony-pink (Clinique "Pink Spice" Long Last Soft Shine Lipstick).
Covergirl has a good selection of eyeliners and eyeshadows; go here http://www.covergirl.com/whatsright/colo...
and they'll help you find shades flattering to you, and make sure to apply all makeup with a light hand! :~)

im right there with u.
my eyes are VERY blue. but to make blue eyes stand out u use brownish colors around ur eyes including eyes shadows or liner.
to keep ur skin clear i would suggest u hold it on the foundation im a senior this year and i dont even use it, it makes my skin feel caked and it dosnt look that great it also makes people break out.
but u cna put a light color of eye shadow at the points of ur eyes that makes them look bluer and bigger.
not alot of mascara 3 to 4 coats do the trick for me.

Here I got this from a magazine and I hope it helps you! Eyes:Using a firm brush, cover the entire lid of your eye with a smoky brown shadow.Run a black liner over your top and bottom lash lines.Pick a fun silver color and blend it over the lid.Seal the deal with two coats of mascara. Cheeks:Fluff a pale pink blush over the apples of your cheeks. Lips:Swipe on a coat of sheer lip gloss.

I would stick to light colors, sheer pink lipgloss, and cream or vanilla eyeshadow. It sounds like you are very pretty, don't try to cover up with too much makeup. Just use a bit of concealer for any zits, a face powder to set the concealer and reduce shine, a bit of blush to give cheeks color (a light rose shade), some creamy eyeshadow in a color that complements your eyes (champagne or vanilla) and a sheer lipgloss.

Less is more!! Don't over do it and fall into the fads. Keep it simple!! You should get Cosmogirl or another magazine like that designed for girls your age and they will have a lot of tips for you. Also Almay has an eyeshadow that is specifically for certain color eyes!! Good luck freshman year and know that as long as you know you're beautiful, makeup really doesn't matter!!! :-)
