I don't know. I don't think too many cartoons focus on ethnicity. In fact, I don't think anime characters are actually asian or any race. Then again some are based on asian characters like mulan or that dragon kid show on disney channel or... I don't know I don't look out for that stuff. But yeah some shows just have a way of making their characters where u cant determine a race.

I don't know. Its quite rare. And if you do see asian cartoon characters, it'll be rare. They would most likely be a civillian.
