yes he can. i am 18 and ma bf is 19 and we have never had a talk about sex, he has never asked me or anything and i respect that. we used to have a long distance relationship but not anymore. we got to know eachother very well over the phone and now i know for a fact we both r in love. so it is very much so possible for a 19 yr old 2 luv at dat age.

at 19 he is full of lust and relly does nor know what love even is, proof is the exceedingly high divorce rates among those who get married at a very young age ( 85% ),
as once they realize the stupid thing they did, they often bail out ( divorce ) children or not

Sure he can love at that age. Now I'm not sure what's in his head, but love can definitely be in his heart. In fact, that's the age when love is so important to him, his teenage years..doesn't mean that he's loving the right female..lol but he can definitely be in love...smile

mostly sex is right. even if they really care for someone they are way too easily influenced by their peers to stay true to one person
