In present Indifinite , we use Verb in first form and with verb we add "s" or "es" .To what type of verbs we put "s" and "es" to what verbs

first of all it is grammar
in third person singular an s or es is added to the verb
comes,rides,proposes,punishes,distinguishes,addresses,pops,shouts,corroborates and so on

I think we only use "es" if the verb ends with "o", like go and do. If you think of some exceptions, send me a message and I will try to come up with a rule to follow, because I love questions like this.

Oh of course punishes, from the answer above. Then the spoken word adds a syllable, and we need the "e" to sound it. I'm going to research this. It's easy to take one's own language for granted and not see it's irregularities.
