Canada. Never been to these 3 countries but recently, heard in the news that Britain is one of the most expensive pale to live in and USA... the last impression I had was terrorists.. I guessed Canada should be the best..

Born and raised in the U.S.A. I'd have to say Canada or Great Britain. I've often discussed moving to Canada with my wife. We still might one day. I'm really sick of our entire political system and how screwed up our country has become.
And Canadians seem to be a generally happy bunch of people, even if their taxes are like 50%. Odd isn't it?
