I know someone who's uncle is her grandfather. Her Uncle on her dad's side married her grandmother on her mom's side.

My mother once owned a 78rpm record with a spoken song on it which was entitled "He's His Own Grandpa," performed by Phil Harris. This question has a striking resemblance to this song from the 1940's.
