I don't think it would be a giant eyeball...You would prolly just see the body and telescope, if anything at all...but it would be cool to see a giant eyeball though!!!

If it was a powerfull enough telescope and you had it aimed just right and there was sufficient light reflecting from the eyeball... why not.
