See all the gopies which were along with krishna are much elder then him even radha was elder then krishna . one thing another thing is that there was no space fro sexual relaionship as like todays scenarion of love and friendship , that was called a Vishudh Prem , As we love our mother as we love our sisters . So never goes for the statements of illitreate people , First take a good of knowledge go in the matter and you will realise

Why do not you study the original story of Krishna. And study Mahabharat. Think and understand for yourself.
Do you think you are qualified to compare yourself with Krishna?
Study Geeta and find who really Krishna was. Get the picture of the man hrough his words not idiotic comments by men with a low IQ.
Added:
There is another question posted "If God is a "Loving" God. How could he allow a 5 year old to be raped and murdered and "forgive" the rapist" . Shakthi K above answered there because he is god and justified it.
Thats called bigotery. Krishna was evil (??) according to Shakthi and if you rape and murder but become Christian you will go to heaven thats cool!!! what a logic.

for krishna janmashtami.
let me tell u one thing krishna is a mythological personality.
he is in the form of a human by which he tells us and also shows bout the life of the common people.his image is so humanly, HE SHOWS US WHAT TO BE AND WHAT NOT TO BE!
AND about the wives many were his devotees who wanted to marry him,he couldnt break the promises that he made to them in their previous incarnations.he has married satyabhama just to break her ego and pride.
i can give only that!

I fail to work out how those 2 eventualities connect. Sexual orientation is a decision and shade isn't. even with the fact that i do no longer accept as true with the belief of homosexuality i do no longer condemn people who go with it. As I see it gay human beings go with to be gay, and that i am going with my reaction to that habit. I enable you to your freedom to think of and act the way you could and all I ask in return is the comparable.

first of all, wat ever Krishna did had reason behind it.Krishna married rukmini not bcoz he was in love but for her bhakti. he married satyabhama not bcoz of her beauty but to break her pride. we see in Geeta Govinda Krishna is shown as a lover of so many gopis involved in sringara rasa.but if we analyse da inner truth it's "AATMA WANTING TO UNITE WITH THE PARAMAATMA" n that's the truth which is not der wid us humans.

I can remember only Rukmini, Satyabhama and Jambavati.
And Satyabhama and Jambavati were married to him more as peace offering.
The other 16000 were actually never had a married life with Krishna exactlly. As far the mythology goes , they were kidnapped princes . Krishna killed the evil king, Narakasur, in war and the women got freedom. But those women have no where to go as there respective kingdoms had left them to their fate. Krishna accepted them as his wives and gave them an honourable status and shelter. So that it does not create another problem.
The background of Krishna's action was explained in the story of Kansa. His uncle Kansa was killed by Krishna only as he had turned evil. Kansa story goes that his mother was raped. She was innocent but many blamed her and she never could have normal life again. Kansa in general blamed his father
(that's why he threw him in Jail after he became king). And almost blamed everyone for not being sympathetic to his mother instead behaving as if it was somehow her fault.
Krishna when declared all the victims of Narakasur as his wives , he practically made it clear to everyboddy in his kingdom and around that those girls were worthy of respect. Thus saving them from disgrace.
Thats the whole story.
As that saying you quoted goes , People who will turn anything to justfy their own agenda or actions are too many. Since Hinduism does not have concept of Kufr or blasphemy, they make any absurd comment and get away with it.
Leela is about Bhakti era stories of Krishna and Gopies. Krishna , at that time , was a kid, who started his schooling after returning to Mathura. Gopies were much older mostly married. Even Radha.
Your question is too superficial. You are just looking at the surface and other discription than original one and that too from another age .
Krishna was a young kid when in Vrindavan. The whole Radha Krishna myth is not of epic age. It got popularity with "Bhakti kal". Muslim Sufism saw god as a man and themselvers as his bride. Often They had called themselves "Rama ki bahuria" i.e. Bride of RAMA. But the whole story goes on only on the mystisism of god and his relationship with humans. sufism or "Bhakti kal" both came up side by side.
In the same way Krishna Radha and gopika tales came up. It was more of a symbolic thing. Radha is supposed to be soul which is always trying to reach and meet the supreme. And the supposed marriage is when the "paramatma" accepts it and it joins Him.
Afterwards it became a trend in Muslim courts to play the Krishna rasa as these things were not supported in ISlam but through hindu icon as a cultural thing it was easy. Navab of Avadha Wazid Ali Shah etc made these stories extra popular.
The picture of Krishna which comes out of his dialogues with Pandavas and other characters including Draupadi and other female characters is totally different.
Krishna with whom one can have relate as he wants. Arjun saw him as a Guru; Draupadi as a friend; Bhishma respected him for his candour even when he was many years senior than Krishna.
His state was small and he was not a big king but still he had enough reputation that made others look up to him. Krishna was respected by his people because he always found a way to get them out of the trouble even if it meant his running away from a battle field.
Krishna had banned alchohal in his Dwarka. He was really angry with Yudhishthir for gambling in the first place.
Krishna who preached Geeta deserves much more respect.
Many Hindus do not read their own religious books and are even unaware of their heroes well.
I for one do not rever Krishna as represnted by "Shringar Rasa" Poet Jaideva but Krishna of Mahabharat written by Vyas.
Try reading Bhagvat Geeta and Mahabharat as a whole. You will know the real Krishna and get your facts correct.
His character is easy to love and people find him charming. But there is much more to Krishna than Vrindavan tales written by poets likes of Jaideva.
