I am a red state Republican. It is now time to announce who is responsible for 9-11 and the other terrorist atrocities in the world. The responsible culprit is not Bush and not Clinton. It is the Islamic radicals who interpret their book, the Koran, literally. They are more serious than the so called "moderate muslims" about the instructions that Mohammed has given them. They wish to implement the Caliphate (successor to Mohammed) and rule it with Sharia Law. They tell us this. Their way is Jihad (Islamic Holy War).

well... congress had a hand in it... as JT said... and I didn't hear ANY Republicans saying "We need to go after al-Queda"... in fact, every time Clinton took military action it was "our boys are getting killed over there and we need to bring them home"... which is very close to what Tom Delay said about Kosovo...
but I do blame Clinton some... but Bush has done NEXT TO NOTHING, IN THE PAST FEW YEARS (afghanistan was good, but then we just quit and ran away)... we've been far too busy in Iraq... the nation that killed 0 Americans... I guess 3,000 deaths aren't enough to finish off Osama for...

Excuses, Excuses. It's Clinton's fault that 9/11 occurred. It's Clinton's fault we are in a multi-trillion dollar deficit. Nevermind the fact that the budget was balanced when bush took office. Nevermind the fact that Clinton allowed assistance by the United Nations and the fact that he can only attack land, NOT AN IDEA. What country was he going to attack? Iraq? you are misinformed as usual... the Clinton administration had the guy under surveillance and bush and his team were briefed heavily on the whereabouts of bin laden and where his camps were, bush did not feel he was a top priority and that spelled doom that the guy couldn't even read the c.d.b. in august that stated "bin laden planning to strike inside the united states using planes", how much more do you need, and still bush did nothing, because he doesn't know what to do.

Congress regulates & oversees government agencies, including the FBI & CIA.
Republicans gained control of Congress in 1994 and almost immediately set out to spend their time investigating Clinton's penis. Obviously, Republicans are responsible for failing to properly oversee the agencies. And, the subsequent events of 9/11/01 when they had complete control over all three branches of government.

mabey, i mean he was the last president right. i bet they were around even when bush sr. was prez. **** reagan gave them weapons to fight the "evil" communists. not the group itself but im sure some found their way their. still clinton isn't responsible and should not be a target of your hate.
