Because they want to seem all "ghetto" and whatnot.. It's pathetic. But isn't it hilarious?

Your question is a bit confusing in the fact that one cannot "act" black. Black is a color, not a race. If you are asking why some Caucasian females choose to act like those hip hop people they say on TV, i say it is because that is what the fad is right now. No its not cute, and NO its not welcome, but who in their right mind REALLY has time to care what they do?
An African American male isn't going to choose a Caucasian female because she can talk slang, get her hair braided or walk around with a big behind. There would have to be other factors.
I personally don't see why people just don't act like the way they were brought up (unless you were brought up poorly and then i suggest a whole makeover!)
In the end, it is hilarious. But i dont say anything because that is the culture of today. AS long as they realize that there is a time and a place for everything and if you ever plan on becoming successful, those types of behaviors you see on MTV need to be put on the back burner until you are around your friends.

not all white girls do. But wha can you say. To be black is a beautiful thing. Beside the black hip hop culture is inticing and taking over. Even Chinese girls and boys are acting black. Jump on the bandwagon

You have to be more specific. What kind of black? I figure you mean "ghetto" or "hiphop" style, but it's important to remember that if you call that "black", then many blacks don't act black.
Imitation is the best flattery. If you like a culture and want to be part of it, imitate them. Of course the closest they'll get to being black is being the mothers of black kids, maybe the wives of black men, but if that's what they want I say go for it!
I'm the father of black children and the husband of a black woman, but I fail miserably at acting black.

The same reason that white guys act like "wiggers" I guess. Black people are cool! Besides, what does black "act" like. What does white "act" like? Why can't people just be themselves without being labelled.

Why does either sex act that way? All trying to imitate gansta rappers....same as black guys and gals...makes no sense to me, but it also makes no difference to me. When was the last time you met a white guy who needed a do-rag? Unfortunately, there is a steep price being paid for this nonsense...you can see it here..kids with no ability to write logical sentences, no ability to spell...it appears as if they take pride in ignorance. There comes a day when they wonder why they cannot get a job...hmmmmm!

Well, by white, do you mean caucasian ? If you do, then the answer is they dont. You are generalizing, am white and I dont act like am black, therefore, white girls dont act like they're black.
But there are exceptions.

not all white girls act black. but i know there are some that do. its probably because they live in a black neighborhood or live around an african american culture.
