Do you brush your tongue? Also - the roof of your mouth? Afterwards, do a 30 second rinse with Listerine. If the breath smell is excessive - you might have signs of gingivitis..if your gums slightly bleed then it definitely is time to see the dentist. Good luck! I'm sure all you will need is the Listerine or the Crest mouthwash :) Don't forget to floss too!

Check out www.NaturesFinestFruitJuice.com
After brushing your teeth use Xango as a mouthwash. This really works better than any mouthwash because of over 40 Xanthones found in the Mangosteen fruit.

if you arent flossing now, you should start. flossing will get rid of 90% of odor causing bacteria, and the remaining you can take care of with a strong mouthwash, like listerine. you might also consider brushing your tongue. yeah, your tongue. try to get back as far as you can without gagging yourself. its tough at first but you get better. if you look at your tongue and you see a white, filmy buildup, its broken food particles mixed with saliva. you need to do ur best to remove that film and brushing your tongue is the best way. you can also invest in a tongue scraper. dont worry its not as bad as it sounds. its normally a plastic device with a scraping head and made entirely of plastic. its painless to use and it can help pull off the food film. try those 3 things and you should notice a difference in a week or 2. good luck

It could be gingivitis as that is a common sign of it. It could also be what you are eating, or even a symptom of an illness. FIrst see your dentist and if gingivitis is ruled out AND you continue to find this a problem, see your doctor.
By the way, Do you smoke? If so, that's the problem! The cure..stop smoking, it'll ruin your teeth.

Floss, brush your teeth, then brush your tongue, if all that doesn't work, then see a dentist, you may have another problem.

You may need to have your tongue and the back of your throat scraped to remove oder causing germs. More odor from our mouth is related to your tongue and the smells coming up from our throat and less likely our teeth and gums.

Brush your tongue and your hard palate (roof of your mouth) and then mouth wash if it doesn't work then one has halitosis from the anaerobic bacteria under the surface of the tongue
