Although it sounds as if you have found you a good deal on the car leave it where it sits.. Most american cars arent built to last more than 200k with proper maintenance, if your gonna get a high mileage car buy a Lexus, Toyota, or BMW your sure to get at least another 100k or 150k out of the car... yes they are more expensive to repair but you get what you pay for...

This is absoultely a horrible deal. I might spend $500 for the car and no more. Any american car with that many miles does not have a whole lot of life left in it.

Talk him down to Half if you really want it, but I would never by a ford unless its a crown victorian or mustang because all the other vehicle's are hard to work on and when something breaks, you will get charged a crazy amount for the service!!!

Im gonna tell you strait, dont get it, you can find a dang nice ride for that price shop around if you goin for and suv i would recomend a Chevy blazer they are super tough and if u dont like chevy than id go for the escape or an explorer, good luck

forget it i mean think about it its an 02 with 181k thats 45k a year that has been put on it and that is 3x the average amount of miles

this is not a good deal at all,,especially on this car,,i would keep searching,,you don't need some one else,s problems,,and this would be what you would be getting on this deal,,i own a repair shop,,so please take some good advice,,search for another car,,i hope you find a better one,maybe this will help you.
