Why can't I get into my Yahoo Group?

Question

I am a member of a yahoo group. That after I had a malfunction of some sort with my email I can no longer get into the group. I can't even answer the email that still get sent to everyone in the group. So another question would be is if I can recieve the messages from other group members then why can't I access my group?
