i think you mean like a small moon or object that revolves around a planet or is in a planets orbit, but is there naturaly, not placed there artificialy?

You are probably familiar with the term "satellite" from things like Dish and the International Space Station. These are ARTIFICIAL satellites --- man-made moons in effect. A natural satellite is one that is not manufactured. Go figure.
