With an enthusiastic group leader, much praise for a job well done and allot of cheerleading. Never forget to tell someone what a great job they've done, or just how important they are to the team. Make sure everyone on the team feels they are an important part of it. Too many people will be quick to point out the bad but don't take the time to praise the good.
