She is older than me by 1 year, i have chances to tell her i like her but im too shy to tell her. wut shuld i do??

Seriously, write her a note telling her how you feel. Girls [well I do] love that. Don't make sound all stalkerish like "oh i love you" and stuff, just gently explain to her how you feel and give the note to her. If you're too shy to give it to her, have a friend do the job.

I had the same problem and the cause is fear. You are afraid that she will reject you. That is all a part of love my young friend. The way I got over it was by remembering that the worse thing she can do is say no. If she says no you won't die. But if you never ask than you will never know. You will get shot down by a lot of women in your life but from time to time they will say yes. John Paul Jones said, "He who will not risk cannot win." You have to risk rejection to win a woman that you can spend the rest of your life with.

relax, chill.
open a regular conversation with her one day. use your brain and revolve the conversation around relationships and kissing and crap.
if the conversation is dropping, then quit, try again some other day.
if she is talking freely, and she hasn't brought up another guy she likes, then casually slip in little by little what you think of her.
start with a looks compliment, then work through her personality, and let a casual "well i kinda like you" out at one point.
she will be shocked, and she will wonder why, but then she will realize why because of everything u just told her.
it should work, trust me kid ;)

Go and read a book, get a hobby, forget women at ur age it is only trouble, trust me, i am one , i know!!!! girls are to complicated, we cry for no good reason!!!!! there are men in thier 40,s who can not figure us out!!!!! BUT if you really need to know most girls do not like boys who like them, they always want the boys that are hard to get!!! Good Luck, just tell her!!! this will not be ur last time !!! you will get to practice a lot till you get it right!!!!

Just walk over to her and start by simply saying hello. There is no harm in that. Be yourself. Tell her some things about yourself. Find out what her interests are.

Since you're already 14. You should be man enough to confess your feelings to this girl. But I know its really hard. lol. You decide. Think first if you would really want to confess you're feelings. Think if you're going to be confortable with that.
If you have decided to tell that girl, I advice you to be sincere in what you're about to say, dont hold back. Talk to her privately and be friends.

If you have any friends or sisters that you can trust ask them to help you. People that have never been shy or have never been around shy people don't really understand. That's why you should get someone to help you that understands.

okay get her in a room, sit downe wiith, hjer aske her questions like do you have a boyfriend, etc, dont be shy get your nerrve up take her aside and we mean it when e say this look her in the eyes, and start a conversationn with her, dont sit next to her at first, if she wants you youwill, now itt, dont be nervous-- take her in a room without nobody else around and see how you get along dioes she smile laugh at your jokes or does she want too leave?? if she does leave you dont have nothing in comon, move on, test her taljk to her, dont talk about sexx with her, thats your first mistake, dont push her,!!! take her hand and look in her eyes and sayy?? do you really like me?? am i the one want to date??

Keep dong what your doing, talk to him more. Just be patient. If u want to go ut with him so bad, u may mess things up again. Try to think of other things because if u r too obsessed, u may end up ruining it. I hope this helps, good luck! :)

ok make a peom for her and drop it when u run by fast and write her name on the peom and she will pick it up and if she dont pick it up thendo it again and never give up it worked for boyfriend i should know =)
