Why can't we criticize them? Why are they so protected? Why is anti-semite such a bad thing to be?

This is such a strange phenomenon. Wish violent death to the Muslims, but don't say boo to a Jew, this has nothing to do with the Holocaust, this has more to do with a gag order on the truth of Zionism.

Not all Jews are Zionists, so we have to be careful, it's only fair not to have reasonable people's feelings hurt.

For the same reason you cant call black people the "N" word. It is taboo. You must remember, the Holocaust was recent in history, and the near total annihilation of a people tend to leave a taboo stigma on criticism against them. Same with blacks. They had a fight for civil rights which made the usage of the N word taboo.

Personally I don't care. If you feel like you need to express yourself in such a way, do so. It is our God given right!

No problem with legitimate criticism. It's the ignorant, anti-semite hate mongers that seem to want to paint all Jews (or blacks, or hispanics, or gays, or - you get the picture) with the same stupid "I'm superior" brush. Life's too short for that bullcrap - a little tolerence goes a long, long way.

many think that jews are gods chosen people ,the ones who don`t believe in jesus sacrafice, when he died for all mankind.ephesians2:15- shows us that when jesus died that was the end of the mosiac law (what the jews follow)not just the 10 but all 600+laws given to show them that we as humans can`t live independant of god ,not one could follow it perfectly(the law)it was given for that reason. but they killed him(jesus)gods spokesman for us now our king.all christians who follow truth jesus is our king .can`t we see the turmoil that the jews live thruogh do they have protection from god? throughout history when the jews did wrong they were punished, through war and captivity of other nations(matthew 23:37)(luke21:23-24) isaiah66:15&16 , the babylonians god used against jersulam to carry out his judgements all unfaithful jewish flesh and it happened in 607b.c.e.(before common era)john 3:19-20 talks about jesus and the jews.i look at it this way, words are just words we have to live by what the bible says , the jews are people and some follow the bible and are our brothers.we all are humans and gods children some good some bad let god do the judging!worry about ourselves pleasing our maker.

Because the definition of Anti-Semitism is hostility toward or prejudice against Jews as a religious, ethnic, or racial group, which can range from individual hatred to institutionalized, violent persecution. So when you do criticize us (yes I am Jewish) it fits the definition.

I don't agree, where I live, there are so many Jew jokes and and people saying I got "jewed" here and there. I think that this is bogus. That judaism is considered bad in a colloquial way.

Or saying you got "gyped" wow. People get away with it here rather well.

because people get offended at everything, jewish or not...if you criticize black people you r racist.....the fact is that people r so politically correct these days, that even a hint of critisism, toward anybody labels you as a hater.
