how does one go about aquirring a nielsenTv ratings box in there house?

ive went to there web page and that didnt help me .
Id like to have the shows i watch rated against the ones other people watch. Im not convinced that they are getting a proper number from my demographic. (BLACK MALE AGE 25-30)

I had the box once- but you have to be CHOSEN to get it- you can't go to THEM & ask for it. I think people are selected from each demagraphic at random by computer- & then you're asked if you want to participate. Sorry.
