You can judge what someone's financial priorites are, not necessarily their intelligence. I know quite a few stupid people who drive otherwise nice cars, like Acura TSXs and BMW 5-series cars.
Intelligence and income in our society aren't necessarily related.

No, you can't judge the person by their car. You can only tell a little bit about their financial status & even that is harder to do in the modern age of creative leasing/financing. Some people who could never afford to buy a more expensive car are now able to lease one & drive it wherever they want. Others, myself included, don't lease their car but buy it. Some take out car loans to finance part of the price. Different people buy different cars for different reasons. I could afford to buy a more expensive car than the one I have, but the one I have has always been able to do what I want my car to do so I don't feel the need to buy something larger or more expensive. Some people buy a car for status or how it looks. I'm a bit more utilitarian. Once when I was younger, I went to a party with a girl who left the party with another guy because he was driving a Cadillac. It turned out he'd borrowed the car & had to return it a short time later. At least I had my own car (even if it was a Plymouth).

Not all the time. Sometimes the pimps and the truely amazing people drive the crappy cars on purpose so that the ladies don't judge them for their car and if they still try to get with them then they know it will be a truely meaningful relationship.

No precious..I have seen people with brains drive fancy cars and people who are drug dealers also drive those fancy cars crazy and ignorant people can drive these expensive cars too lol. Most intellegent people will drive a conservative car that saves on gas milage.
