For a girl to walk around in a bikini, but not in Bra and panties?

Because people can be some UPTIGHT sphincters .There's usually NO difference in the two.

I've wondered about this myself
I've seen some bra and panty sets that cover WAY more than the average bikini.

Because once upon a time ago the idea of a bathing suit was born. Women were able to wear very covering suits to go swimming. And it would have been quite a sight to see a bathing suit that actually showed any skin (have you seen the old pictures?) Over time civilization has changed the idea of a bathing suit into that of the bikini. But the idea that a swimsuit is a swimsuits and not under garments stays, why because no one has challenged it yet.

I know a group of women that flashed their bras at a baseball game and got kicked out. They are the red bra club. I thought the same thing. If they all had on red bikini tops, would they have gotten kicked out? People wear sport bras out. Maybe it is just the material.

bra and panties don't quite offer the same coverage because they don't have thick lining like bikini's.

Excellent question. One is underwear (oooohhh, the unmentionables) and the other is beach attire. But then, I don't make the laws, and I assure you, if you vote for me that is the first law I would change. Might have to make walking around in Bs and Ps mandatory though, for full effect. That would sure get me out of the house more often.

Because of the difference between them. Bikini's are designed for outside wear and undies are just what they are meant to be under the clothes. beside swimming in your hanes is kind of tacky.

because one is a bathing suit,and the other is underwear,and if you are in your under wear wondering around,its almost like you've been caught in a embarrassed situation either for you or the person seeing you in the underwear.
