Hmm. For me. Maybe the most physically demanding sport depends on the person. Each person is unique therefore having different skills, talents, and other things. Most of all, all of us have our own strengths and weaknesses. For me, I know that every sport demands a person to be physically fit. It just depends on the person on how far he or she wants to excel or improve on what he or she is doing.

The Ironman distance Triathlon: 2.4 mile swim in open water, 112 mile bike, then a marathon run, all continuously. tell me thats not the most demanding sport you can think of.

absolutely actual wrestling, boxing is up there. MMA and gymnastics look particularly frustrating too. Scratch ice hockey and motocross. Any pastime that relies upon lots on its kit isn't that bodily annoying to me.

I'd have to give the nod to triathalon. I've never participated, but I've observed the finish line, they look to be in pretty rough shape to me.
