The Excalibur is a nice hotel. Their rooms are pretty cool. The Tournament of Kings show is very exciting and it has a lot of energy. It is mostly for families.

I was in Vegas in 2003 and stayed at the Luxor. We traveled to various other casinos and thought that Excaliburs' was worn looking and in need of remodeling. It was the worst looking of all of the casinos that we looked at.

Excalibur is one of the original "theme" hotels. It is for families who are on a tight budget. Not very good for those who can afford better. This is just above Circus-Circus. I recommend staying at MGM Grand if you are on a budget.

I went to the Thunder from Down Under, and it was great, but the casino is crappy....and I don't think the show is for you.

I have been to the hotel many times and stayed there once, but never been to any of their shows.
