And conservatives continue to call him a God fearing, rightous man.

They ask when was the last time a conservative strapped on a bomb and blew up a mosque, a deli, or a school?

The administration never strapped on a bomb, but they did order the military to drop them.

All this in the name of the all mighty higher price of oil.

Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

Can and has.

It's a simple equation. Our own laws recognize that commission of war crimes is a terrorist action. Our own laws define willful violations of Common Article III to be war crimes (18 USC 2441). The Supreme Court has determined that Bush wilfully violated Common Article III on hundreds of occasions (Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, 2006).

A = B. B = C. Therefore A = C. Simple math.

that is not why surely; it surely has to do with the reality that this might bring about an eventual primary courtroom martial, and each officer who will serve on that jury solutions to Obama. Obama can not taint the jury pool. It additionally has to do with the reality that particular shops have a decrease uncomplicated for non secular terrorism than Obama; for me, Obama is right because of the fact that is totally virtually impossible to dedicate non secular terrorism by applying oneself appearing on my own. One guy or woman can not improve a non secular objective by using intimidation techniques which contain homicide. besides, if Bush saved us risk-free, why substitute into there a considerable government laptop protection breach in 2007? That twelve months, the native land protection desktops have been broken into. That counts as cyberterrorism. to boot, and that's the place it gets fuzzy, in accordance to the criminal definition of terrorism (18 USC 2331), terrorism can in no way ensue against a militia inhabitants. The dictionary would not make this distinction. The POTUS probable is useful by applying the criminal definition, on an identical time as media shops are actually not. That Hasan tried to touch al-Qaida isn't insignificant. Did they touch back? if so, then which could fulfill the dictionary definition.

We dropped a lot of bombs on the armies and navies of Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito during WWII, and killed a lot of civilians too, in Europe, Africa, Japan and the islands of the Pacific. And this was done at the order of two Democrat presidents. We waved the flag and called our actions an effort to stop terrorism. Hitler invaded Romania to take the oilfields at Ploesti, and the British bombed the area to stop him. DO YOU REALLY SEE ANY DIFFERENCE, OR THINK WE WERE WRONG IN WWII?

Maybe you don't know it, but "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition" is a statement attributed to a WWII CHAPLAIN while defending our nation! Do you think he was wrong, too?
