I want to study abroad in paris or italy for fashion,but i can't find any UC,so anyone know any out there???

I want to study maybe in paris and like I want to find like a summer program(maybe) or just as full-time students after graduate high school. but like when i try to seach a school online ,i can't find any..so anybody know any out there ..thanks !!!!
