He is flirting with you! If it seems that he may totally dig you! He may be shy to show it all the way. If you really like him try to approach him, that way he will feel comfortable with approaching you and you wont have any more problems. sounds like he is making an attempt at flirting with you . im guessing he's about 15 or so I would say he likes you but is afraid to go much further and isnt real sure how to aproach you romanticly

yeh i think he likes you for sure! he is testing the ground with you to see if he gets any signals form you if you like him. if you do, flirt back with him. like smile and giggle at him when he says hey. gently touch his arm or something when youre talking to him. hopefully he will get the idea and ask you out. goodluck!
