you should have a party with only friends and no family unless there ur age, and u want them to come. have ur parents buy u a big cake and party decoration, and make sure there is only one adult so the party could go out of control that they can't handle

do what my friend did on her 16th go to the beach with some friends and get drunk and all spend the night at another friends house so you dont get caught
