Ok, it took me some time to explore this in my computer, so i would appresiate a best answer.
As the answerer before said, make sure you have it on your computer. Contact me is you dont.
I though about making you do it the hard way, but i made it easy for you.
Go to: http://www.mytempdir.com/860059
Download the registry file.
When launched, click yes, then ok.
Trust me, its the proper file. (You can sue me if anything bad happen)
Right click on your destop, go to new, tada

Make sure that Paint is installed on your computer, and it will automatically be added to that list.
