Have the serial number or express code of your laptop ready. There is a link on the support page for downloads. Another big help is Dell's Community Forum where other Dell users can help. Give it a try.

the new dell's manual is in the computer its self but a bunch of ppl delete it jus look around in ur computer 4 it unless u deleted it.... wen i got my computers there was a recycle bin and the owners manual on the desktop
