Everybody and their pets have cell phones. A better question would have been:
"Who doesn't have a cell phone?"

i have one i finally got that new small one from cinglar. i hate it when ppl give lil kids like 8 yrs old fones they only use it for games. when i was nine i needed it bcuz mi parents are divorced and we didnt get a house fone cuz we were neva home and were always moving so i needed to keep in touch wit mi mom. it was really hard.

are you trying to convince your parents to get you a phone? just showing them who has a cell phone?
if so parents: just get her one. then she wont be on your nerves and she can go off and show it off to her friends... it will pass over time

I'M NOT TRYING TO BE FUNNY, BUT I THINK EVERYBODY GOT A CELL PHONE. I KNOW THIS LITTLE GIRL IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THAT GOT ONE. AND ITS ON, AND IT IS NOT A PREPAID.

I HAVE ONE WITH CINGULAR AND IT SUCKS IT WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO, AND THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT KEEPS SENDING ME THE SAME DAMN PHONE, I'M PISSED , CAN'T U TELL, I'VE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A WEEK AND A HALF.
