what do you mean they can connect to the internet? what type of connection, dial or dsl? if dsl, is the modem in sync?

for you to know if you're connected or not, ping yahoo.com. if you can ping it, then your prob is only about browsing. check your security settings: try turning it off (firewall and anti virus), then browse. if you still can't, call isp.

They could be having connections settings problem. If they connect thorugh a proxy they need to change there proxy server.

Try running system restore. Set it back to a date when it did work. Start, Programs, Accessories, System Restore.
