With my first child I was pregnant on my first try, but had a miscarriage. Two months later we tried and I was pregnant on the first try. Now my son is almost 2 and we have tried conceiving for 6 months. I lay with my hips elevated all night until the morning when I wake up. Once I wake up and walk around I feel so wet like everything just leaked out of my...and it does! Do I have a problem that I can't hold the sperm inside of me. Why is it taking so long now? We have sex during the five days I am fertile as well. Can someone help me on why it is so difficult this time?

if you are having intercourse 4-7 times a week..slow down as you are not saving enough sperm do do what it is supposed to do..try 1-2 times a week or even wait until your fertile period. If you are regular your fertile time should be about days 12-18, and you should notice an increase in vaginal mucous. If you have just gone off the pill, it sometimes takes several months for your body to adjust and get back in sync. After 6-8 months talk with your ob-gyn doc. Good luck..

It is not sperm that is leaking out of you. Most of the male ejaculate is other stuff encasing the sperm. Once it gets inside you the acidity of your vagina coagulates it and the non-sperm part leaves your body. You only need to leave your hips elevated for fifteen minutes. I don't know why you are having trouble but it has nothing to do with losing sperm.
Good Luck

No woman holds the sperm inside of them, it always comes back out. There is enough left in there to do the job if the time is right. Stop trying so hard, just be yourself, you don't need to lay with your hips elevated. If you stop trying, it will happen much faster.

I couldn't get pregnant for years, started the adoption process and got pregnant. They told us tht was very common.

Don't elevate your hips for one thing, sperm swim up stream, by elevating your hips there actually swimming away from your cervix/womb. Next thing, stop trying to "get" pregnant, timing/frequency/ect. ect. The best time to have sex is when YOU want it, while your fertile you do get a stronger urge, so go with it, you be the one to initiate sex, and enjoy it, make it last and have fun like you use to ;-)

First off RELAX! Think about how much busier you are these days..I know it gets frustrating listening to "when the time is right it will happen" but it is so true you honestly have less of a chance conceiving than you think so many things have to be perfect!

My husband and I tried for 8 months and finally I said I needed a break and wouldn't you know I was pregnant..only to reflect on the fact my husband had surgery to remove kidney stones and had multiple xrays for about 4 months! and all that stress!...he was shooting blanks!

As far as semen goes it actually get released in a more gel like state then liquefies as time goes on....not to worry if you are not getting up right away to clean up...your doing great!

good luck!...Sonja

Stress. Stop trying so hard. Even if you get up right away, you still get some sperm inside. It takes just one to do the trick. You may want to see your doctor for more advice.

Is normal to most of the sperm to come out. Go see a doctor. Probably the stress factor if affecting you.

it is normal for sperm to leak out, sperm doesnt necassarily stay inside, when a man ejaculates some of it swims up {automatically} but sperm doesnt stay inside of you it is suppose to leak out, maybe you can try going to you OB/GYN to find out why its taking you so long to get pregnant and take some tests or something but trust me it doesnt have anything to do with sperm leaking out!
