do something on a scale that makes 9/11 seem dwarf by comparison. Yesterdays attempt to blow so many air craft out of the sky would have done just that.. I don't think that them, now saying "Oh yeah, and we blew up a bridge in abcdef city last week" is enough....I think that they have to continually outdo themselves...to cause worse damage and destruction each and every time...I so hope that I am wrong! What are your opinions? -if any on this?? thanks

I wonder if yesterdays attempt was only a precursor to something much larger. You know how the Bush always makes it sound like they got it .. then oops! They missed something ... well I think this may be one of those "we gott'em" ... now we can relax a little bit ... but increase security & guidelines at airports .. and then they (terrorists) totally "hit" someplace" off the map that has not even been thought of! Does that make sense? For example, if they hit major food sources that import to the USA ... we'd be screwed since the govenrment has outsourced farming to other countries .... or if they somehow were able to infiltrate the midwest ... no one can imagine fighting a war in the middle of the country ... all they would have to do is come down through Canada ... they could hit the middle, the west coast and the east coast ... it would be mayhem.

Anyhoo .. I begin to ramble ...

the larger the scheme, the more chances it has to fall apart. That's why these guys have stayed with the small 1-2 man teams of suicide bombers for the last 30+ years.

But I get your point, it's only a matter of time before these animals get their paws on a radiological bomb. This will end badly.

that could be true. perhaps they are just making small attempts to check the weaknesses. like a caged wild animal,will keep hitting the sides looking for the weakest part.
in my opinion,there is more to come as long as Bush supports Israel. they are extremely well funded & intelligent. they will find a way. America can just expect it & prepare. most importantly, not panic or show that we are in terror. that's only feeds them more.
