Why it is so hard and painful to forget about the one who is not having the same feeling?

I understand what all of you are saying but it is very hard for me since one day he told me it would be like a dream just to be with me and now what? he is not here with me :(

Well it is difficult and painful to forget but it is not impossible to let go the pain and remember the past as a phase you once went through. All those words that were said then , were the most precious moment. Cherished them , learn from the experience and move forward..... by hanging on to the past , you might miss the real true love of your life.

if you never love this man that deep, you will not feel any pain at all. now you are experiencing the pain in your heart cos' you simply love him so much and rather can phase it as "cannot live without him?".. it take time to wash away the pain..

The pain that you have will never fade and is unbearable. I face the problem too. Even if you're married to the other, you're still thinking. Though is hare, just have to force ourself to bear with it..... No medicine can help.

Those painful memmories get stored, because they are just that - painful. The painful memmories are pretty easily erased with Dianetics. I've done it with many upsetting experiences. It's worth it.

I know how u feel,, in time your feelings will change, no one like rejection,, but believe me the song is right,, U can't make anyone love u ,if they don't,, u can't make their heart feel something it won't,, so be patient my friend and in time it will pass and u will eventually fine someone u love and who will love u in return...

evreyone likes the ideal of feeling wanted i bet if he/she was hounding you down calling 3 times a day you wouldnt feel the same anymore
