both.cuz you are given the opportunity to ans q abt wats inside ur brain cld ans and that could be the best ans.and u can ask q's where your friends cannot ans.so u seek ans from the pple outside since it wld be wierd to go out there approaching pple and ask them.so both the 'a's are in for me.
