You are not supposed to prepare for it. The objective is to measure your IQ by seeing how quickly you can provide the right answers to logic and associative problems. If you could prepare for it, then the test would not be measuring your IQ, but your preparation.
So those tests are devised in such a way that no amount of preparation could help.
So, the best thing for you to do is to be well rested and relaxed.

Live a life that makes use of your brain. Practice. Fluency. Don't avoid thinking. The couch potato may well have an aptitude for dance, but it's well hidden and unready due to disuse.
If the test is tomorrow, you're asking a little late.

You can take practice Mensa tests to give you an idea of whether you will pass it. You may also already qualify by a previous test you may have taken. Go to the web site to get details:
