would it worth the risk of losing what you have now? For example I hate sitting in traffic, if I get in the lane that's moving slow, I try to think about as this could be life altering..anything could happen in seconds..those few extra seconds in traffic could change what happens to me. I hope that doesn't sound crazy. The point was , would it be worth taking back time?

there are things in my past that I would consider to change such as, losing loved ones, not dating the same jackass throughout high school, stopping catastrophic events but I feel like things happen for a reason, the reason is different for everyone. Does it give you a purpose, does it make you stronger and wiser. My life would not be fullfilling if I couldn't go through typical life experiences.

No, I would not change much. Not even in traffic and goodness knows I travel a LOT! I don't worry about getting there sooner by being in the "right" lane or not stopping for lunch. There have been times I have missed big accidents by being delayed. As far as the rest? I am who I am exactly because of where I have been. Would I change being married many years to one not good for me? NO! I have two wonderful children (now adults) and a beautiful grandchild because of my time with that man.

dd who wrote above me suggests that maybe mIight wish to change the hurt in my life.... even with that, NO! I am who I am because of where I have been. I understand what I do because of the places I have been, the hurts and the joy I have felt.

For small things like slow moving traffic, use this time effectively to see what better ways you can improve your own future and those in the community around you. The simplest thoughts come when and mind is not occupied. But for things that have happened in the past - life effecting things, I think there are a lot of people out there who wish they could change their past. Those who have been hurt or abused. Those who have suffered mental or physical anguish. Those who have lost someone close to them. Yes - these are the things many of us wish we all could change, not just for ourselves but for others.
Use your time effectively. Give to others freely your time & support & you will find those blessings will come back to you. I know, it's happening to me right now

Yes. There are a lot of things that I would like to change. I think that things will be a lot better (not just for me) if everyone could just go back in time and change things - for the better! If one will change things in the past for the worse, then no! We don't want things to worsen! If it is for the good, then yes! We all want a good and better planet to live in. :-)

I would change things. I would fix all my regrets but I wouldnt fix every little thing. Then my friends would see me as a perfect person. (Which if I corrected everything, I would be.) Then the real me wouldnt say quite the right thing or other wise get me in trouble and I would be as "changed."

no I wouldn't. reason being past has always been there so that present can look better. past is where we commit mistakes (otherwise who would want to change his/her past had there been none) we should learn from our past rather cursing the course of events in the past.

I would change my adolescence.
Actually, I wouldn't change it all, but I would do more than what I did. I would experience things to which later, it's 'too late'.
