i agree with you, love and music, but you said ONE, so I'll have to choose......uhhh, (tough one here)..... MUSIC! music already has love in it, lol, so it's like a double prize, lol, kinda siily, but i ♥ music, and i enjoy ♥ from my family & friends, ☺

Touch. Whether it be a hug from a friend, a gentle pat on the back, a kiss on the cheek. We all need something in the form of human touch. It keeps us connected and alive inside.

Well i guess the simple things like air and water.But some other things like shelter,love,friends,and family.Me, I can't live without music. I can't imagine how my life would be without music!It'd be super dull lol.

Shelter
And most important of all, human interaction. Preferably the human interaction will be love, but touch will do. Children without such end up with failure to thrive syndrome.

Oxygen.
Without oxygen there would be no water to drink, no air to breathe and no carbon based food to eat.
So if there was no oxygen we'd aphyxiate before we died of thirst and we'd die of thirst before we starved to death.
