This is definetly not going to be easy, but try to get a general direction you want your life to take... what do you want to learn... there are many value producers willing to hire someone to teach them whats needed knowing that they are investing in the future, for both themselves and you. show inititive, and reliability... however, don't be a know it all and be patient... be willing to learn completely, they'll be watching your progress for both themselves and you. remember, you cannot be the company president without the necessary background requirements first, and a proven track record.

I would definately go with something like working at a movie theater or retail. Heck, even working at a grocery store isn't that bad. Just don't do fast food. I did that twice and it sucked both times. Besides, it's kind of embarrassing when people you know see you serving them their fries at Mickey D's.

Researcher in a radio station. I did that one for about a year, and 1/2. it was a non-stop party! Pet store clerk (I heard it was fun). Game room attendant (though I've never done it, it sounds like fun). Whatever you do, don't go work as a bagger at a supermarket--it stinks! So does working in a toy store. So does working in a department store ,or any other retail store. Trust me! I've worked in lots of retail stores during my lifetime, and they're all terrible! You work odd hours, which change frequently, your bosses are usually pushy jerks (with no management sense), they treat you like a retard, and they don't pay jack!

i think everyone should have to work in retail or the service industry. Just because then you have more respect and realize these jobs are not cakewalks. and then when you go to get ticked at a waitress or reatail worker for something beyond their control you stop and realize it is not their fault ( unless the person is being totally rude to you )
Sorry but I had to rant about that. Just my opinion. good luck finding something:)

Depending on what your interests are. Retail is a definite plus because you can develope people skills that can be used later in life for that career job you've always wanted.
