Friendship places emphasis on trust, care,
love, ready to lend an ear, and being faithful
to each others need in time of crisis, the cliche
of a friend should always be there is taken to
literally, for a true friend may be far away, sometimes
friends get too caught up in cycles of stagnation where
a so call friend has to always be home or should only
go out with them, and always tell me where you are,
etc.etc.etc... This is not how true friendship operates.
The aim of true friendship is too adapt too each others
emotional centres, sometimes the bond is so close there
manifest an instinctual level of awareness and understanding
& identification with each pattern of attitude, knowing
when there is friction & struggle, seeing the intervals of
personalities which exist in all of us. True friends do what they do
because they want to and not because they feel they have too.
i have a friend who sends me a note everyday, She does
not have to take time to do so, but she does, so there is love
& gratitude, and light, so no matter how one is feeling this
gesture of kindness is not mechanical but rather an endearing
pattern of true care, the limitations of the ways of friendship
fall not on the person but on each impression of how they
feel toward the friend at hand. The economy of energy
needed to be a friend carries appeal within the hearts of two
persons, even if they do not live in the same city, or state,
There is something very magical about humans being friends,
because we have various technologies for communication
and staying in touch, unlike animals where scent is a primary
idenification factor for remembering another buddy as it were,
humans have scent and many other ways to keep the bond
open and in motion, i have never seen my friend in person, yet
she is the most endearing person i have known, why ??
Because she does what she does because she wants too.
Because she sees how much i appreciate her time to send me
a little note, little, yet as big as the universe in the measure of
open heart, she demonstrates such kindness with her busy
ways of her own life. If she did not send me a note i would never
say, HEY !! What happened !! Never would i allow myself
to question her time. True friendship is sometimes more
complete than blood relations, its just one of those things
that one may call each other a friend, i mean a true friend, other kinds of friendships are grotesque disguises of selfish desires
to have someone be in their lives, more of a status symbol, my dear friend is not a status symbol, she is a true friend because
she does what she does because her heart is open to take
the time to show me a little kindness, when no has ever said,
can you do this ?? It was something that just happened ..
The ingredience for true friendship is true care ... Care to make time to just be there when the economy of time is measured
for another hidden celebrity within natures garden ..
hope my spelling is alright ....... eeek !!

Friendship is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behaviour between two or more social entities. This article focuses on the notion specific to interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.

The true meaning of friendship is love. When you truly have a friend you feel it everytime you communicate - it's trust beyond words and have no concerns of when you last spoke because you always know they would be there if you were in need. Friends can be friends even at a distance, its a soulful connection, truly pure.

That you look at the person and love them in spite of their faults, (true love is not blind and especially with a true friend). That you forgive easily their mistakes as you remember that no one is perfect and never take them for granted. That you always listen to them fully and calmly (as possible, didn't I say no one is perfect?) but always give honest feedback because you care and not try to hide the truth.

But mostly friendship is about giving as well as sharing mutually but you don't ALWAYS share, sometimes you just give and nothing is given in return or should be expected. The beauty of true friendship: you learn to compromise, you learn to trust, you grow in maturity and wisdom as a person when you cope with problems, stresses and perspectives of the other person and yourself, and you both have twice the joys and half the sorrows as your blessing because it.

Pensive you in a crowd alone. -_-

Anyways, the true meaning of friendship is a bond between colleagues who show companionship to each other (In my view). I think friends are meant to be there all the time for you, to talk to you, to resolve problems, and most definitely help you out at times. Friendship is something you can grasp onto forever. Think of it as a rainbow... no one can steal it away from you.:)
